2022
Launch of AzurBio Pharma
Founded under the leadership of Corinne Schmitz, a life sciences expert with over 25 years of experience in regulatory affairs and pharmaceutical consulting, AzurBio Pharma was created to support biopharmaceutical companies with strategic partnerships and tailored solutions for entering the European market.
From the outset, we developed disruptive, personalized turnkey services to help streamline the journey of bringing life-changing treatments to patients across Europe.
2024
Growth Through Acquisition
AzurBio strengthened its capabilities by acquiring A-Pharmaconsult, a respected consultancy established in 2005 and known for its expertise in regulatory affairs, quality, and product safety.
This led to the launch of AzurBio Consulting, expanding our services and reinforcing our commitment to support pharmaceutical companies in their ability to deliver safe, effective healthcare products across Europe.
2025
Both brands now operate under the same name: AzurBio.
